Original thick cardboard single type paste over trunk with the Infamous 'Butcher' photograph underneath. The "V" neck is perfectly visible under the paste over slick. The back cover has a factory designator RIAA #6, identifying the issue as a Capitol Records, Los Angeles, Hollywood, CA, plant pressing.
Original Capitol Records T-2553 mono catalog number Bert-Co print black 62-02L label with a multicolored spectrum ("Rainbow") band along the label's edge without the "subsidiary" print.
