Original thick cardboard single type paste over trunk still factory sealed cover with the 'Butcher' underneath. The "V" neck is perfectly visible under the mint paste over slick. The shrink fully intact with the original breathe hole. The back cover has a factory designator RIAA #6, identifying the issue as a Capitol Records, Los Angeles, Hollywood, CA, plant pressing. 

Original Capitol Records T-2553 mono catalog number Bert-Co print black 62-02L label with a multicolored spectrum ("Rainbow") band along the label's edge without the "subsidiary" print.
