Description
I have collected records since I was very young, however Iincreasingly I have realised that I have far too many, and soI have been slowly trying to rationalise my extensive collection over the years, I have sold many major rarities over the years, from major BEATLES and 60s rarities, through PUNK and PROG ROCK, CLASSICAL and BLUES. Basically I've had alot of very rare records and in dribs and drabs have sold them off. I've never had negative feedback, and had many repeat customers.
I will only post completely insured and tracked.
THE BEATLES Yesterday EP 1st Pressing 1G/1G 1st Stampers! VERY RARE! GEP8948
Here we have a very 1st pressing of the Beatles penultimate UK EP release, and also, as such the second rarest. Yesterday GEP 8948. This is already a very rare and desirable record, and is in fanastic condition, but what makes this very desirable indeed is that it has the very first 1G/1G Mothers/Stampers codes, dating this as one of the very first copies off the first , machine on the first day of manufacture! This is very rare to find, and highly prized to collectors!
Record Condition: VG+ Really lovely surfaces, even when angled under strong, direct light, there are only very featherlight surfaces hairlines, but for a single more visible, but small surface mark on either side, absolutely non feelable. A really well looked after copy of a very rarer record!
Labels Condition: EX- Beautifully crisp and rich 1st pressing labels, completely free from stains/stickers/abrasions/tears/graffiti etc. There's even a little bit of excess factory vinyl still in the centralspindlehole, indicating how carefully played this has been. Just abraceof very light spindle trails, only visible when angled under direct light. Lovely.
Sleeve Condition: VG+ Beautifully crisp, but for a small area of sticker removal damage to the top right hand corner of the non laminated back-sleeve. This is less than 1" square, and doesn't damage any printed area, but still knocks the grade down along with a very small faint "T5"written inside the opening mouth edge. really crisp other than that, with only very light handling signs, absolutely wear-throughs/stains/tears (other than the afore-mentioned sticker abrasion)etc. Really great crisp sleeve!
