THE BEATLES please please me PARLOPHONE LP 2 EMI Box stereo reissue PCS 3042!
Original UK reissued LP Two white boxed EMI Logos and MANUFACTURED IN THE UK BY EMI RECORDS LIMITED on the label rim, released in 1969 on the PARLOPHONE label. Catalogue number: PCS 3042.
MATRIX NUMBERS READ:
A-side: YEX.94-4 (stampers at 10 o’clock 1 and at 4 o’clock 20)
B-side: YEX.95-4 (stampers at 9 o’clock 2 and at 3 o’clock 41)
Sleeve: EXCELLENT CONDITION
Superb clean sleeve displays minor wear only, small light bump/knock which has left a small very thin lined sleeve print edge split (7mms approx.), minor, barely noticeable, but mentioned. A few extremely light small sleeve edge cracks/creases that overlap the sleeve’s edges (8 in total, again these are minor and very small and light and not deep sleeve creases). Minor rub/wear on the bottom right hand corner. All spine print in clear, intact and fully legible. Sleeve displays no rips/tears, no other edge wear, no major seem splits, no writing and no sleeve creases. Comes complete with the original Made In Great Britain printed paper protective inner sleeve, which is in VERY GOOD+ condition, has some light corner creases from storage.
Record: NEAR MINT CONDITION
Record labels are NEAR MINT clean with no damage and no visible spindle hole marks. Record has only been played once. B-side label is slightly miss pressed with a small portion (semi-circular in shape) of the label missing near the spindle hole, this is not a label damage fault as the record was bought from new like this. Vinyl retains full glossy sheen on both sides, displays a few tiny barely visible, ultra-light, fine line surface scuff marks (almost negligible), which only show up when angled and viewed very carefully under a strong bright light.
