Description
We are offering for sale an original Italian first pressing of the self-titled LP by THE BEATLES. This is the "Please Please Me" album released with no title in Italy. It was released in 1963 by Parlophon Records (Italy) and is catalog # PMCQ 31502.
We are play grading the vinyl at VG. There are a number of scuffs and light surface scratches on both sides. It plays MUCH better than it looks. Cleaned with a VPI.
The laminated cover has no seam splits. There is some wear and scuffs, and a tear on the upper right corner (see first photo). There are vertical strips of tape along the left edge and the open edge (see first photo). There appears to be some damage to the laminate on the left edge. There is also a tear on the A side label (see third photo).
• Misspelled label credit on "Misery" (McCartner-Lennon). • Misspelled title "There's A Plance" on rear cover. • Dark red labels. • Matrix / Runout (stamped, Side A): XEX 421 I 26 11 63 • Matrix / Runout (stamped, Side B): XEX 422 I 26 11 63
