ARTIST: THE BEATLES
TITLE: A HARD DAYS NIGHT (PMC 1230)
DEAD WAX INFO:
Side 1: XEX 481-3N (7-RRO)
Side 2: XEX 482-3N (3-RDA)
This is a GORGEOUS example of the beatles third album, probably one of the best visual and audio discs i have seen as its even VERY QUIET BETWEEN TRACKS!!!
COVER
The laminated front cover which has the mid-sized mono is very clean and bright with No tears, stickers, writing or ring wear ,must grade MINT-,yes its that clean!!,there are no half moon creases and just a couple of very very tiny edge creases which trust me are almost impossible to see!!.The four corners are lovely and square and there is no fethering of the opening
The ERNEST J DAY flipback back, which is much rarer than the more common Garrod & lofthouse is also very impressive, again no major damage,no major damage just a little aeging in places.Grades EX+
The seams and spine are MINT with no wear or damage
ORIGINAL INNER SLEEVE
The original EMITEX inner is MINT- with no tears or splits
LABELS
The Parlophone labels which have "The parlophone co","recording first published 1964" and "sold in uk" text as is "MT" stamped are very clean with just a couple of light spindle marks on side 2
RECORD
The record is in AMAZING condition, with full gloss and shine, the thick quality wax is awesome with No groove wear and NO SCRATCHES and to be honest i cannot even under light see any major marks inc paper scuffs of any kind!!!.TOTALLY FANTASTIC!!!.I will grade it VIRTUALLY MINT!,it also plays fantastic with no crackles or any bad sound distortion of any kind, and is even GENERALLY VERY QUIET BETWEEN TRACKS
ALTOGETHER A FANTASTIC COPY!
