Description:
The Beatles, Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band, 1967, EMI Records, PMC 7027, 1st Mono Issue. Gatefold sleeve, cutouts, wide spine pressing with rare 'Fourth Proof' on the inside.
Inner sleeve is plain white with 'UK PATENT NO. 1,125,555.' on it.
Side 1 YEX 637-1, Side 2 YEX 638-1.

Condition:
The sleeve is in good condition, with the corners having some slight wear, the top left as you look at the front cover being the worst. The inside gatefold is very good, there is some slight 'feathering' to the rear cover round the edges, as well as to the front cover by the opening, nothing major though, the cutouts are intact and in good condition too.
There are some light surface scratches present, more on side two than one, but these don't affect playback at all, graded as very good.
