PAYMENTS

• I accept payments through PayPal only.
• Immediate payment is required for all fixed price (Buy It Now) listings. If this results in overpayment of shipping costs you will be issued a refund for the difference. To avoid overpayment please contact me before purchasing multiple items.
• For auctions and listings that sell by best offer all payments should be made within four (4) days of the sale date. If you have not contacted me or sent payment by the fourth (4th) day I will open an unpaid item case with eBay. You will then have another four (4) days to contact me or make payment before the case is closed and the item is relisted.
• If you bid on an item by mistake please do not be afraid to contact me and ask to cancel the transaction. Cancelling a transaction will not have the negative impact on your eBay account that an unpaid item case will.

SHIPPING

• All orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
• All orders will be shipped within two (2) business days of receiving cleared payment. However, I do not ship on Saturdays so if you send payment anytime between Thursday and Saturday your order may not ship until the following Monday.
• All orders will be shipped to your confirmed PayPal address only.
• All domestic orders will be shipped with Delivery Confirmation.
• All domestic orders over $30.00 will be shipped with Insurance.
• All domestic orders over $250.00 will be shipped with Signature Confirmation.
• All domestic orders under thirteen (13) ounces will be shipped First Class Mail.
• All domestic orders over thirteen (13) ounces consisting only of media items will be shipped Media Mail.
• All other domestic orders over thirteen (13) ounces will be shipped Priority Mail or Parcel Post.
• All international orders under sixty-four (64) ounces except those over $50.00 will be shipped First Class Mail International.
• All international orders over sixty-four (64) ounces and/or $50.00 will be shipped Priority Mail International. If you are combining items and go over this amount please contact me for rates and expect postage to be about $15-20 more than what is shown on the table below.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - PLEASE NOTE

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility.
• Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item(s) up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
• I will not under-value merchandise or mark items as a gift on customs forms. Doing so is against U.S. and international laws.

COMBINED RATES FOR MEDIA ITEMS

• Double CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes and vinyl records count as two (2) items. Triples count as three (3) and so on.
• Song books count as books, not sheet music. Computer games do not count as software.
• $3.00 is my standard domestic rate for media items. While all of my Buy It Now media items have FREE SHIPPING, the majority of my auctions will have the standard $3.00 rate. If you are combining Buy It Now and auction media items you will receive FREE SHIPPING for the entire order.
• If you have any questions about combining other items just send me a message and I'll see what I can do.

RETURN POLICY

• All items, whether stated in the description above or not, are sold "AS IS" and all sales are final. However, if you do not receive your item(s) or you receive an item or items that are not as I described them you should contact me before leaving feedback or opening a dispute with eBay or PayPal.
• I try to accurately describe all of my items but I am human and sometimes I make mistakes. If I am at fault I will do my best to make things right.
• If your item(s) were damaged in shipment please send me pictures of the damage including any damage to the container the item(s) were shipped in. If the package was insured I will file a claim with USPS. If the package was not insured I will work with you to find a solution that is fair to both of us.
• For domestic buyers, if you think your item(s) have been lost in shipment please wait twenty-one (21) days from the mailing date to see if they may still be delivered. If the package was insured I will file a claim with USPS but twenty-one (21) days is the earliest I can file. If the package was not insured I will take responsibility for the loss.
• For international buyers, if you think your item(s) have been lost in shipment please wait seven (7) days from the mailing date (for Priority Mail International) or thrity (30) days from the mailing date (for First Class Mail International) to see if they may still be delivered. If the package was shipped Priority Mail International it will be insured and I will file a claim with USPS but seven (7) days is the earliest I can file. If the package was shipped First Class Mail International it will not be insured and I will take responsibility for the loss.

SMOKE SMELL

• Unfortunately, my current residence is not smoke-free.
• Although my items are not kept in the area of my home where people smoke and I try to clean all of them that can be cleaned before packaging them up and shipping them out, I cannot guarantee that your item(s) will not smell like smoke.
• If you have a problem with smoke smell, please do not buy this or any of my other items.
