The Brothers were a group of blue - eyed white session musicians mainly based in New York they were initially to record on Harlem born Vicki Sue Robinson`s project " Thanks a Million " their sound was that good they completed an LP on Vicki and recorded instrumentals for RCA on a " SOUL EXPLOSION " LP " Are You Ready For This" was massive in the Highland Room at the Blackpool Mecca. George Young was an Aussie from Sydney who was a master saxophonist and flute player. Many of the bands later formed The Salsoul Orchestra.
