On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Bunch called 'Rock On' and is an ORIGINAL 1972 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Island label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  BUT THIS ONE IS VERY VERY SPECIAL INDEED - AS IT IS 100% COMPLETE WITH ITS ORIGINAL FLEXIDISC!!!!  WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED IT HAD A UNIQUELY DESIGNED COVER - WITH AN 'EXTRA' FLEXIDISC THAT SLOTTED INTO THE COVER FRONT!!!!  HOWEVER THERE WAS ONE SERIOUS DESIGN FAULT WITH THE COVER.  ONCE THE FLEXIDISC WAS REMOVED - IT WAS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO SLOT BACK INTO PLACE.  AS A RESULT VIRTUALLY EVERY 1ST PRESSING THAT TURNS UP FOR SALE HAS EITHER LOST THE FLEXIDISC ALTOGETHER - OR THE FLEXIDISC IS SERIOUSLY DAMAGED AND BENT FROM EFFORTS TO PUSH IT BACK INTO THE SLOT.  BUT NOT THIS ONE!!!!  THE PREVIOUS OWNER OF THIS LP NEVER REMOVED THE FLEXIDISC AND IT REMAINS UNPLAYED!!!!  EVEN THE LP ITSELF WAS ONLY EVER PLAYED 2 OR 3 TIMES AT THE VERY MOST - AND THE WHOLE LP INCLUDING THE COVER, IS IN SUPERB CONDITION!!!!  THIS LP IS ALSO HEAVILY FAIRPORT CONVENTION RELATED - AS IT FEATURES VIRTUALLY ALL THE FAIRPORT CONVENTION BAND MEMBERS, INCLUDING SANDY DENNY, TREVOR LUCAS, RICHARD THOMPSON, DAVE MATTACKS AND MANY MANY OTHERS!!!!  THIS IS THE 1972 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS ISLAND LABEL, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, ULTRA RARE 1ST PRESS FLEXIDISC, AND 1ST PRESS FULLY LAMINATED COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN THIS SUPERB CONDITION - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Island UK 1st pressing from 1972 and is in STUNNING condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is ILPS 9189 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Island Label (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st pressing (there were NO Monos)!!!!

The record labels are in AWESOME condition with NO wear, NO writing, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!! The vinyl is in SUPERB condition!!!!  Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND LOOKS SUPERB!!!!  It is great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!! The record plays with NO pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!! The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade FULL Excellent if not Excellent+!!!! SUPERB RECORD!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press 'patents' inner sleeve!!!!  The MEGA RARE Flexidisc is in BRILLIANT condition - with NO spindle marks, it is PERFECTLY flat looking, NO scratches, NO hairlines and only some EXTREMELY light scuffing only visible under bright light!!!!  It is EXTREMELY shiny looking and plays SUPERBLY with the sound quality it was pressed with!!!!  The flexidisc must VERY strictly grade Very Good++++ if not better (most would grade higher) - though as these flexidiscs go (bareing in mind this flexidisc was designed to sit completely unprotected on a cover front) - this is surely one of the BEST you will EVER see!!!!  The 1st Press FULLY Laminated Cover is in STUNNING condition and really tough to find like this!!!! It has NO edgewear, NO spinal wear, STUNNING shiny laminate, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking), and NO writing!!!! Even the 'die cut' area where the flexidisc slots in on the cover front is absolutely PERFECT with NO rips and NO tears!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the laminated back is in STUNNING with NO yellowing, NO writing, and NO grubbyness!!!!  The cover must grade FULL Excellent if not better!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND 100% COMPLETE (ESPECIALLY IN THIS CONDITION) - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
