Up for auction is a SEALED, brand new/unopened original copy of The Candy Store's indie-released EP from 1996. This was during the indie boom of 12" singles and this duo had a very hardcore sound; true NYC thug rap. This record is definitely well championed by heads. The production here is top notch, gritty NY sound. If you aren't familiar with these songs, check them out on YouTube, they are really dope.

• For USA customers, after your package has left my hands it normally takes about 4-10 business days for the shipment to arrive at your address. If you're in Canada, it will most likely take about 14 days. Europe, Japan, Australia and other countries will usually take 15-20 days. Delays can be caused by your country's customs department, so please be patient in the event there is a delay. All tracking/customs label numbers will show exactly when the package was handed to the USPS and as guaranteed in all my listings, I ship within 24 hours.

RETURNS:

• By placing a bid, you the buyer, are agreeing to the terms of our auction and the conditions presented. At the current time we do not have a return policy. However, if you conclude that the item is absolutely not as described and you felt that we were dishonest in any way (definitely not in our character), please use the 'Contact Seller' form before opening up a 'Not As Described' dispute or leaving negative feedback. We will work much faster to resolve your issue if you contact us direct; otherwise we allow eBay to use their automated system which can delay the process heavily. If an item is damaged during transit, we will assist thoroughly with USPS and/or your postal carrier to investigate and resolve the issue until the customer is fairly taken care of.
• Our courtesy will not be offered if buyer negligence comes into play, i.e. - mistaken item purchased due to not fully reading my auction description, incorrect address provided, does not understand how to operate or start-up device, buyer's remorse, etc.
