I make every effort to accurately describe each item I list for sale, but am always glad to answer all questions to the best of my knowledge. Please pay within three days of your winning bid, "Buy It Now" requires immediate payment.I pack carefully, insure and ship same or next day (Monday-Friday) following receipt of funds in my Paypal account. I have a smoke free environment. Customer satisfaction is very important to me and I try very hard to earn your positive 5-star feedback. Upon receipt of your order, please contact me if there is a problem, any less than 5 star feedback is damaging to a seller and creates an eBay increase in listing and selling prices. Despite all efforts toward perfection, as humans, mistakes can be made! Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback without first contacting me with your concerns. I have a 14 day return policy on any item received that is "Not As Described". I will do whatever it takes to insure that your buying experience is a pleasant one. An amicable solution can always be found. I insure all purchases. If damage occurs during shipping, please keep all packing and shipping materials and contact me and USPS. If possible please photograph any item that is damaged in transit as well as the shipping materials. USPS will require proof of loss if a claim must be filed for the damage. Do not return damaged items to me this will delay your refund. Please view my 19 year 100% positive eBay feedback rating for your peace of mind in purchasing. Thank you very much for your interest.
