Description
Rare, original, The Challengers & Lloyd Thaxton colored vinyl record Lp 33 rpm album on the Vault label (101). The record appears to be in overall VG condition with some common light scuff/scratches which can be expected as the result of previous play. Side 1 does have a fair-sized scuff/scratch, but it, like the others, appear to be fairly light as I could not feel it with the touch of my finger. The cover is in overall good - great condition with a storage ding on the bottom edge near the right corner & on the middle area of the right side (just below the surfboard), a tiny chip off the top of the spine edge, some occasional common light storage/handling marks, the start of a small split at the center of the bottom seam, and some light age-like spotting on the backcover. This record is very rare and I find the colored wax to be difficult to grade, so I tried to be as accurate & critical as possible with my description. Please be aware that this record hasn't been played in years, as I originally purchased this record as a "Surf Collectable" for it's cover art and have never actually played the record itself. THIS IS NOT A REPRODUCTION! Often the condition may sound a lot worse than it really is, but please note that I always try to be as critical and as specific as possible with the condition, but always feel free to email me with any questions or concerns.
