Description

THIS is a RARE 1956 45 rpm Record by THE CHANNELS  ~  " THE CLOSER YOU ARE "  b/w   " NOW YOU KNOW (I Love You So) ",  on the Block Letter WHIRLIN DISC Label  # 100 (Spinning Wheel Music). White sleeve.

Matrix Numbers  W-500-45   and   W-501-45   are etched in dead wax. 

Vinyl:  VERY GOOD+  Condition                                    NO RESERVE AUCTION

Vinyl:  NO SKIPPING , TICKS , POPS , WRITING , STICKERS , WARPING , CENTER HOLE WEAR.

Sound quality is VG++, but because of cosmetic flaws, the record doesn't merit an overall VG++ grade.

Very light very mild surface noise.     

Full very light superficial hairline scratches and a couple of light scuffs which don't affect listening experience.    Light ring and storage wear and a moderate degree of spindle marks on labels.   Light groove wear is visible.
