All records are graded to the Record Collector Guidelines, with extra information added as required when play tested. Also all photos above are of the exact record you will receive if successful.
These records are in very good- condition. There are spindle marks on the labels but no pen marks anywhere. The centres show some wear and rubbing but are not loose. Overall the labels show some sings of age but are still tidy enough.
As for the vinyl itself, all four sides have clear signs of use with very light surface lines and sleeve scuffing present. These are visible in normal light and are a clear sign of use. Other than these there is also the odd marks and line in places(side 2). So overall both records are clearly used and do have light lines and marks present but luckily have nothing that appears really nasty. They are used however so do not expect perfect clean glossy vinyls.
I play tested the records and overall they played well and I enjoyed listening to both. They both lay flat on the deck but upon playing there is little to no arm movement noticeable. The audio as a whole would be closer to EX- than VG-. There is some surface noise in the run in and intros to all four sides but once the audio or songs begin there is no major noise audible. There is the odd splutter in places but nothing drastic and on the whole all songs are enjoyable. There are no skips or sticks on any side and sides 2, 3 and 4 have no ticks and play solid enough. There is a few short period of interference on side 1 however. I noted a few light ticks in the intro to track 1 and also a further 6 to 8 ticks in track 3. These do sound but are not hugely disruptive and overall it plays well enough. It is not perfect audio however, and is graded at VG-, so do not expect 'cd like' audio but there is also no major issues and it is certainly still an enjoyable listen.
The sleeve is in very good- condition. It has some wear and rubbing to the edges and corners but the writing along the spine is still just about legible. There are no splits, scuffs or pen marks anywhere but there is a tear to the front bottom right corner. Other than this tear and the edge wear there is also some light creasing in places and mild fading in patches. There is also some age related grubbiness to the rear and very faint small stains in each corner(really minor and from blue tac removal). Overall the sleeve is not perfect and shows its age in places but also is far from a disaster and is still solid all round. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.
It contains both its original lyric inners but these are only in a good condition.. Both have light creasing, some grubbiness and signs of handling. One has a 1" split to one side edge but is solid enough. The other has large splits to each edge and is therefore fragile. I will send the records in plain white replacements to ensure no further wear occurs to the originals.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
