Description

THE CLASH
London Calling
2 LPs

Low start!.....No reserve!!.....NO high priced ‘Buy It Now’.

If you are looking for a good copy of this - look no further! It's in collectable condition - you won't be disappointed. Records are very good and show little sign of play. Includes two original inner sleeves with lyrics etc.

Original 2 LPs….NOT a 180g reissue or foreign copy of any sort.

Released in 1979 their “London Calling” had a photo of Paul Simonon smashing his guitar onstage with the pink & green lettering and was a direcy parody (or tribute) to Elvis’ first album. Side four has an extra track “Train in Vain” not listed on the record or sleeve. Etched in the dead wax is “TRACK 5 IS “TRAIN IN VAIN”….this was intended as a Flexidisc but included on the album after it had gone to press.

Mick Jones – Guitars, vocals, piano / Joe Strummer – Vocals, guitar, piano / Paul Simonon – Bass, vocals / Topper Headon – Drums./ Plus: Micky Gallagher – organ / The Irish Horns – Brass.

You could pay over £42.00 or even a staggering £45.00 elsewhere on eBay....or get these for a lot less!

This is a Vinyl record. Note that most vinyl will have a little faint 'crackle'. I describe them as best I can but be aware all records may have a very occasional background.
