The Complete Serge Chaloff Sessions. Mosaic Records(MQ5-147) 5 LP Box Set on heavy(200gm) quality vinyl. A bop-lovers dream. Number 2270 out of a possible 5,000 pressed sets. The set covers his entire recordings made between 1946 and 1956 and includes a 16 page booklet with some great photos, liner notes by Vladimir Simosko, and a complete Chaloff discography. Produced in 1993 by Michael Cuscuna. The condition of the entire set (box, booklet and records) is Near Mint. I am the original owner and all records are in perfect condition. This one of the great releases by Mosaic. Check out Serge jams with the likes of Zoot Sims, Al Cohn, Red Rodney, Curley Russell, Terry Gibbs, Oscar Petiford and many others! A 'must have' for any serious Jazz record collection!

The discs appear unplayed, no spindle marks on labels.

I am a 30-year collector of great classical, jazz, soundtracks and rock records. GRADING: Sealed LP’s are noted in their description. I grade by visual inspection and play. Mint is not used. Near Mint is my highest grade. VG++ and Near Mint should play problem free; VG+ should play problem free or with noted shortcomings noted in write-up. My description will be accurate. All items guaranteed, but I do not refund shipping costs.

 SHIPPING CHARGES: For single LP’s, Priority Mail is $10.00 anywhere in US and $1.00 for each additional record. Media Mail is $4.00 anywhere in US for first record and $.50 for each additional record. I use a high quality Record Mailer and Bubble Wrap for all records for which I must charge a handling cost of $2.50 per mailer used. For sets and orders of multiple records, please wait for our invoice before paying. For overseas buyers, I will pass on exact cost, plus cost of a high quality Record Mailer and Bubble Wrap.   

REGARDING SHIPPING: I do try and ship as quickly as I can, sometimes it can take a week or so to send items out, depending on how many orders I have. Note that media mail can take three weeks from when I receive payment. SURFACE MAIL IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE THROUGH THE US POSTAL SERVICE.
