SUPER RARE TEXAS GARAGE BAND ROCK

SEE LAST FRAME OF PHOTO GALLERY FOR TRACK TIMES, CREDITS, ANY MATRIX RUNOUTS OR OTHER IDENTIFIERS.

ORIGINAL SLEEVE POOR:  Original plain paper sleeve is in poor to good condition only.  The vinyl will be shipped in a new generic plain heavy stock paper sleeve and original sleeve will be included in record package.

LABELS EX:  Both labels are in great shape overall with only a hit of very minor ring/shelf wear noticeable on either side.  No scratches, tears or graffiti and near zero wear around the spindle hole. Base dark red and black print are still bold and vivid.  No particular negatives to declare.  Photos will provide an adequate description.

VINYL RECORD VG++ To EX:  The vinyl is clean and virtually scratch and scuff free on both sides, and for an off label, both sides sound very nice. There is minimal wear and there are no particular noise issues during tracks play on either side. There are scattered instances of very light surface or "character" noise on occasions from being played on vintage equipment, but otherwise, record plays back nicely with no skips or hangs, and sounds pretty darned good to my ear.

BOTH SIDES OF THIS 45 WERE GRADED AUDIBLY,  "LOUD" IN MONO MODE SO THAT ANY AND ALL NOISE COULD BE DOCUMENTED FOR THIS DESCRIPTION.  NO HEADPHONES GRADING!

SIDE "A" Betty Lou's Got A New Tattoo:  Very light noise in the lead in groove area.  Excellent overall sound and separation.  Very light surface noise noticeable during the track (likely from playback on vintage equipment) but nothing of a distracting nature.  Very light noise in the dead wax trail off area.  I gave side "A" an "A-" audibly.  Nice sound, and mostly clean.  No particular negatives to declare.

SIDE "B" I'm Wise:  Light noise in the lead in groove area.  Again, excellent overall sound.  Side is virtually identical to side one audibly speaking with very light surface noise noticeable during the track. Very light noise in the dead wax trail off area.  Nothing during playback to warrant any kind of a downgrade beneath side one.  Not perfect, but clean enough that I gave side "B" an "A-" grade audibly also.

SUMMARY:  The original sleeve is in poor condition as described above.  The vinyl is very clean and has near zero noise issues during tracks play on both sides. The record is, "in my opinion", easily qualified for re-recording to another audio medium and what noise there is, is mostly of a "character" nature and not annoying at all.

Questions regarding this record will be answered honestly and as promptly as possible.

I am not a dealer, nor will I pretend to be an expert on grading records. I'm just a guy that's been buying and collecting records for over 50 years. I use Goldmines price guide as a tool when either buying or selling an album or 45. My listing procedure is: to clean the record (if necessary), visually inspect record and album cover for obvious imperfections, and to play each record in its entirety to check for sound quality. I try to simply give my honest opinion of the record's condition without the technical gobbledygook. I believe that grading a record can be as subjective as judging Olympic figure skating, therefore, my opinion may well differ from yours as a prospective buyer, either in a positive or in a negative way. I simply offer a full money back guarantee + shipping cost on any record that I sell, if you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase. I do not want negative feedback in the event that I overlook an egregious flaw or if my opinion of the record is beneath the buyer's expectations. If you are the end buyer and are dissatisfied in any way, please contact me immediately and return the record in the condition you received it within 10 days of the purchase date. I ship same or next business day after payment is received. All records with a purchase price of $25.00 or more will be insured (included in the shipping price).  Records are shipped in custom fitted record shipping cartons with protective plastic covering.

Please do not ask me to discount shipping on single item purchases. In order to get buyers their items as quickly as possible, I ship same or next business day upon confirmation of receipt of payment. I live out in the sticks. It is 17 miles round trip to the nearest mailing center and my old truck gets crummy mileage, so I must consider fuel when calculating shipping costs. Multiple items purchases will be bundled and a discounted shipping fee negotiated, based on type(s) of items purchased. Thanks for your consideration.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in this item's price or shipping charges. Also, law prohibits devaluing the actual purchase price, and/or stating that this item is a "Gift".
