This record is in very good+ condition. It has only a few very faint spindle marks on each label and no pen marks, stains or scuffs anywhere. There is minimal wear to the centre holes and these are not worn or loose. Overall the labels are clean, bright and in great shape.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides have nothing remotely deep or serious showing but do have light surface lines and very light sleeve scuffs visible in normal light when angled. There is nothing serious but there is these light lines that are a sign of use to both sides. These minor lines clearly show under bright light, along with a few more wispy lines, but there is again nothing sinister or deep. So overall a used vintage record which has no serious marks or blemishes but has signs of use to both sides.
I play tested the record and it played really well and produced very enjoyable audio throughout. It lays flat, there is minimal movement in the record arm and the sound produced is free of any major issues and has only very minor, very occasional light interference. There is no distortion caused by excessive use and no skips, sticks or really annoying clicks. There is some minor surface noise in the run in/out, between some tracks and occasionally very faintly in the audio but on the whole it is very clear and of good quality. Overall it plays very well as I say with good quality audio for the vast majority and no major levels of interference.
The sleeve is in very good- condition. It has clear wear and rubbing to the edges and corners with the writing along the spine no longer legible. There are no splits however and the sleeve is still solid enough. There is also no pen marks or scuffs anywhere but there is a small 1cm tear tot he rear left edge and some creasing in places. There is also some ring marks and general signs of age showing to each side. Overall it is solid but has general age related wear, edge wear and the small tear as mentioned. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible on its condition.
It includes a plain black inner which is in excellent condition. This is solid with no tears, splits or pen marks but it does have some creasing and mild ring marks.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
