MEGA RARE SOUTH AFRICAN 4 TRACK 12" ACETATE !! 

Welcome to a very rare record auction.

This auction is for a double sided 12" acetate featuring 4 tracks from The Cure's 1985 studio LP 'The Head In The Door'.

The track listing of this 12" acetate is:

  • Screw
  • Kyoto Song
  • The Blood
  • The Baby Screams
There is a catalogue number of TS731 written in the run off groove and on the reverse of this disc.

This acetate was cut by Warners as a promotional tool. Fans/collectors will know that this EP was never commercially released in South Africa or anywhere else in the world.

Please be assured that this item is 100% authentic. Collector's will know that I have been trading and dealing in rare records for the past 15 years now. This disc was part of a collection purchased from a man who had worked in the music industry overseas for many years during the 1970's & 80's.

  The record itself plays at 33RPM, is in VERY GOOD+ condition and is housed in a plain white sleeve.   This is a totally ONE OFF pressing!!!   The starting price of this auction reflects the rarity of the item.
