Fantastic crazy best of collection from one of the most fun and menacing punk band's of all time.
The Damned were true originals, they simply didn't care, in true punk style they crashed onto the late 70's punk scene with a line up of various misfits and a total looney, they crashed from pillar to post causing havoc and chaos wherever they went nothing and no one was safe when the Damned were around.
They released the first ever punk single New Rose, they split and reformed at speed sometimes reforming before certain band members even knew they had split up in the first place, mad gigs, mayhem and nudity followed but despite all the madness they never lost their loyal hard core fan base.
This album featuring a fantastic track listing is pressed on qualiry vinyl and overall is in excellent condition, the sleeve has minor storage wear, the vinyl is also in great shape, a couple of light marks but nothing major, I've played this and it's a great sounding collection that captures the raw sulphate soaked energy of the original band, features 12 essential Damned recordings
The double sided lyric insert has some marks due to age and unfortunately the obi is missing but aside from this it's a must have album for any serious Damned or Punk rock record collector.
