THE DAVE MILLER SET CLASSIC OZ PROG PSYCH 7” AUTOGRAPHED=HOPE
This was their first hit single and I guess, as such, marked a breakthrough for progressive rock in this country. It went top ten in Sydney in 1966. There are four clear signatures on the label (see scan). Dave Miller at top left. Followed clockwise by Ray Mullholland (drums), Bob Thompson (bass), and John Robinson (lead guitar) There’s some writing at the top which says something about “Australia” but it’s hard to read as is a (possible) other signature in the centre. (Songwriter Bule?) There are light feathers, hairlines, scuffing etc but it plays fine. The (b) side label has a name on a sticker. In a company jacket.
CONDITION WISE:
Record: VG+ Label: VG+
MINT: Brand new condition, no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. Cover, label, extras in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT: Slight signs of having been played, no lessening of sound quality. Cover, label, extras are good.
VERY GOOD: played quite a few times, no real deterioration in sound quality. Cover, label, extras slight amount of wear and tear.
GOOD: showing some wear and tear. Reasonable, playable sound. No major defects in record, cover, label, extras.
FAIR: Sound quality deteriorated. Cover, label, extras display folding, scuffing, marks. .
