Straight out of Exeter, Pennsylvania – wherever that is –come THE DE-CODES. Dealing in similar punky/new wave powerpop as fellow commonwealthers THE HORNETS and the ENDANGERED SPECIES label,shouldn’t surprise anyone that they roped in Penn State’s most successful and prolific wave rider CRAIG BEVAN to produce. CONDITION: VG+ (storage wear and beginning on ring wear on rear sleeve side; no seam splits) / VG+ (light scuffs and faint hairlines; none audible or affecting play)
