Description

THE DIAMONDS
Dig the Diamonds
EP (Extended Play) 45

I’ve been collecting Rock n’Roll, pop and jazz records since 1958 and now it’s time to pass on some of these great sounds. Over the next weeks I will be listing lots of EPs, mostly rock n’roll and some very rare.

Here’s a rare doo-wop EP from the Diamonds from 1959!....their versions were rated better than the Maurice Williams recordings.

The record has light scuffs so some crackle is audible, but the music cuts through OK. The sleeve has a little wear to opening edge that’s all. Back is very clean.

LABEL: Mercury ZEP10003 Mono
ISSUED: 1959
RECORD CONDITION: VG+/++
SLEEVE CONDITION: VG++

Side 1:
1. Walking Alone
2. Eternal Lovers
Side 2:

2. Faithful and True

NEW !! All records are professionally cleaned on an Okki Nokki Record Cleaner, ensuring you receive it in its best condition.

This is a Vinyl record. Note that most vinyl will have a little faint 'crackle'. I describe them as best I can but be aware all records may have a very occasional background.
