My apologies to all those that bid (legally) on the DICKS 7 inch 45 auction during the period 1/27/2008 - 2/6/2008.

On Feb. 6, 2008 I received notification from eBay that "Congratulations, your item sold !...:Sale price $875.00". At the same time I checked an additional e-mail from eBay that began "The results of the following listing(s) have been cancelled due to bidding activity that took place without the account owner's authorization'. The "following listing" was the Dicks auction. So due to unauthorized bidding the auction was cancelled and the files were purged.  I voiced my opinion and concerns that I should have had the opportunity to Offer a Second Chance to the highest legal bidder but was informed that the only recourse to me was to relist the item and start over. I've set the start price to approximately where the bidding was about midway through the auction. Best Regards- djiovanni99

From KFTH, I paraphrase: "The bands first single, the masterful Dicks Hate the Police was dropped into the world in 1980 . The title track is unlike anything else before or after - a total powerhouse of a song. The B side found the band playing faster and harder than most U.S. punk bands at the time".

Not the bad quality bootleg, this is the real one. The vinyl is mint - the picture sleeve has slight wrinkling at the upper left corner and is VG+. See the provided photos.
