ORIGINAL UK ELEKTRA (K 42116) FIRST PRESSING (August 1972) OF THE DOORS' SECOND AND FINAL (POST JIM MORRISON) LP COMPRISED OF MUSICAL MATERIAL THE BAND WERE WORKING ON BEFORE MORRISON'S UNTIMELY DEATH IN JULY 1971
THIS COPY IS IN GREAT CONDITION DELIVERING A BEAUTIFULLY CRISP, CLEAN SOUND THROUGHOUT WITH NOTHING TO FAULT - - TYPICAL DOORS SOUND WITH A HEAVY BLUES LEANING AND SOME NICE JAZZY & QUASI-MEXICAN TOUCHES

THE RECORD IS HOUSED IN THE ORIGINAL MATT, CENTRE LOADING GATEFOLD SLEEVE WITH A SINGLE THICKNESS FRONT LEAF - PRINTED BY “Shorewood Packaging Co. Ltd., England. Patents pending”

LABELS: Clean, bright, fresh and unmarked labels with only light/moderate spindle traces - EXCELLENT+
VINYL Visual: Both surfaces retain their original deep, like-new glossy sheen and are practically unmarked - NEAR MINT
VINYL Audio: Crystal clear, sharp, crisp sound - very up-front and on playback at a loud volume it sounds great with no audio issues to report. Critically graded NEAR MINT for audio quality - very nice copy indeed
SLEEVE: The original centre loading gatefold sleeve is in excellent condition. Clean, bright and unmarked with very little wear (just some to the corners) and a nice straight and true spine with all text clear and bold - EXCELLENT
