HERE WE HAVE A SUPERB, UK ELEKTRA (K 42116) FIRST PRESSING (August 1972) OF THE DOORS' SECOND AND FINAL (POST JIM MORRISON) LP COMPRISED OF MUSICAL MATERIAL THE BAND WERE WORKING ON BEFORE MORRISON'S UNTIMELY DEATH IN JULY 1971
PRESSED ON QUALITY HEAVYWEIGHT VINYL WHICH DELIVERS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING AUDIO - BEAUTIFULLY CRISP AND CLEAN
THE LP HAS THE FIRST ISSUE UK ELEKTRA BUTTERFLY LABELS

LABELS: BEAUTIFULLY CLEAN and BRIGHT with NO wear, NO marks or writing and spindles only really evident when angled under a bright light. THIS COPY HAS NOT BEEN OVERPLAYED AT ALL
VINYL Visual: The surfaces have their original DEEP, LIKE NEW, GLOSSY SHEEN and are practically UNMARKED (there is a small white spot on Side Two but this has NO audio consequence)
VINYL Audio: CRYSTAL CLEAR, VERY SHARP SOUND - BEAUTIFUL AUDIO. The LP plays throughout with NO scratches, skips or jumps, NO clicks or pops and barely any surface noise (really, hardly ANY) and it sounds absolutely SUPERB. The record plays to an extremely high standard with GREAT AUDIO CLARITY, NO groove-wear and NO distortion and must be graded EXCELLENT++ for audio and NOT over-graded in ANY way as I use STRICT RECORD COLLECTOR grading standards (please refer to my feedback and 'about me' page). OUTSTANDING COPY
SLEEVE: The original CENTRE-LOADING gatefold sleeve is also in EXCELLENT+ condition. CLEAN, BRIGHT and UNMARKED with very little wear (just some rubbing to the spine) and a nice straight and true spine with all text CLEAR and BOLD
