The record has hardly any marks and grades EX+. 

The insert has some light creasing/foxing and grades VG+ to EX. 

The sleeve has a small corner bump with small creasing on the top and bottom right corners. There is also a light crease on the bottom edge near the bottom right corner. Extremely light ring wear/rubbing marks and it grades EX.
