  • Released July 3, 1968, "Waiting For The Sun" is the third studio album by the American rock band the Doors, Recorded from February to May 1968, It became the band's first and only No. 1 album, spawning their second US number one single, "Hello, I Love You". It also became the band's first hit album in the UK, where it peaked at No. 16 on the chart.

Very clean "Big E" Elektra gold labels with no spindle wear or blemishes except small scratches on labels. 
       
Record Grading:     (VG+/EX) 
Record surface is bright and glossy with light sleeve marks and wispy hairlines that do affect play; plays crisp and loud with minimal background noise and occasional light crackle during quiet passages.

Sleeve Grading:      (VG/VG+) 
Fully intact Unipak sleeve cover with orange Hype Sticker has name on front, light ring, edge and corner wear; creased front flap corner and corner crease line on back sleeve. Spine is mostly legible except for cover peel on spine top and print rub.
