Description

 You are bidding on a NM copy of the Elektra 75011 vinyl LP, The Doors' "L.A. Woman," the group's  #9-charting  album from 1971.
     Side One:
       --The Changeling (4:20);
       --Love Her Madly (3:18);
       --Been Down So Long (4:40);
       --Cars Hiss By My Window (4:10);
       --L.A. Woman (7:49);
    Side Two
       --L'America (4:35);
       --Hyacinth House (3:10);
       --Crawling Snake (4:57);
       --The WASP (Texas Radio And The Big Beat) (4:12);
       --Riders On The Storm (7:14)

The vinyl has full shine and plays and sounds terrific. (Yes, you will hear an occasional pop or hiss on this 36-year-old album but the record has been well cared for.) The labels are fresh-looking and unmarked.

The cover is die cut with rounded corners and a cellophane window insert with the band's picture on it.. The cover is in VG+ condition, I think. I am marking it down from NM for the gentle bubbling in the cellophane and a couple of nicks around the "window" as shown.

The controversial crucifix inner sleeve--a nude, I think, rather than Jim Morrison--is in excellent condition. Please disregard the camera-caused flash you see in the lower right of the picture of the crucifix sleeve.

Please email me with questions before the close-of-auction. Good luck and enjoy your bidding.

International buyers are always welcome. I will confirm s/h to your country at the close-of-auction.
