Description
Strange Days is the second studio album by the Doors, released on September 1967, by Elktra Records, arriving eight months after their self-titled debut album. The recording reached number three on the Billboard 200 charts, and eventually earned a platinum certification from the RIAA. It contains the two Top 30 hit singles, "People Are Strange" and "Love Me Two Times". The record up for bid is a 1967 reissue and consists of 10 tracks and has a run time of 34+ minutes.
The cover is in VG condition. There is mild wear along the bottom edge and a slight bend on the right lower corner. However there are no split seams, tears, markings on the front or bad covers and both sides retain their gloss.
The paper inner sleeve is original and intact.
The recording is clean and has been tested with Audacity. There is no skipping of the tracks. There is one mild "click" on Side 2, track 3 (I Can't See Your Face In My Mind) that does not interfere with the listening experience. All track are crisp and clear. The record surfaces shows mild signs of wear, but there is no evidence of scratches or scuffs. The labels are intact and clean.
I always clean, listen and test every record I list on EBAY. I do this in insure that I can give as accurate a description for each album I list. I also try to follow the Goldmine standards on grading records. I do this as a service to the buyer, as well as, to maintain my own reputation.
