THE ELVES
She's Not The Same
b/w
Walking In Different Circles
Decca 732507
CONDITION: M- dj sticker on one side of the label
This early Ronnie James Dio band from upstate New York had a lighter sound than the
heavy metal he'd later become famous for...
but fans of late '60s light psych will surely enjoy this.
An interesting artifact from a guy who's had a really diverse career.
"Walking" was written by their upstate New York pals Scott English & Larry Weiss, and
was also recorded by Goldie & the Gingerbreads, the Castaways, the Giant Crab,
and Peppermint Rainbow.

Buy more than one record, and save on postage.
I can send two 45s overseas for the same price as one. And speaking of that price --
To my overseas customers: The U.S. postal service recently raised its rates.
I want you to know that the higher shipping charges are THEIR fault, not mine.
Thanks to this substantial rate hike, the days of
shipping a well-protected 45 for just 7 or 8 U.S. dollars are over.
The higher rates affect ALL packages sent to locations outside the United States, and all
buyers and sellers are affected.
Another important note: More and more packages sent overseas are getting hung up
in customs. It is not unusual for some packages to take several weeks to reach buyers,
even though they're being sent out within a day or two of payment.
Germany, France, Italy, Greece, and Australia have all reported longer than
usual customs delays. Please be patient -- I mail packages out very quickly,
but the rest is up to the postal service!
