THE ESQUIRES "MY SWEET BABY" ACTION ACT 4618 – DEMO ??
An unusual "miss-pressing" of a 1973 7-inch 45 rpm on the UK Action label, catalogue number ACT 4618, of The Esquires single: My Sweet Baby. Both sides have identical "A" labels listing "My Sweet Baby", and both sides also play "My Sweet Baby". On the original Action release the B side contained a song called "Henry Ralph" with the correct appropriate label. Was this non-standard offering intended as a demo or just a faulty miss-pressing? Either way, the issue is consequently collectable as a rarity. The lead singer is Gilbert Moorer who died in 2008.
The disc is near mint; plain card sleeve.
