Description
On offer here is a VERY rare single indeed (especially in this condition!!!!) called "The Immediate Pleasure" by The Eyes and is a UK 1966 1st pressing on the 1st Press Black Mercury label!!!! The B side is called 'My Degeneration'. THIS IS A MASSIVELY RARE SINGLE - AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN THIS CONDITION!!!! THIS IS IS ONE OF THE RAREST EYES SINGLES AND RARELY EVER TURNS UP!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT IT HAS AMAZINGLY ONLY EVER BEEN PLAYED ONCE!!!! THIS IS THE 1966 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS 'TEXTURED' BLACK MERCURY LABEL, 1/1 MATRIX ENDINGS, AND AN ORIGINAL MERCURY COMPANY SLEEVE!!!! THIS SINGLE IS EXTREMELY RARE, AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN THIS CONDITION - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is an ORIGINAL UK Mercury 1st Pressing on the Black Mercury label and the Cat No is MF 897. Any fan of The Eyes, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear and AMAZINGLY only 1 MEGA faint spindle mark!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS ONLY EVER BEEN PLAYED ONCE!!!! The record is in STUNNING condition!!!! Most of these 60s singles had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This record is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, 2 or 3 light NON sounding careless scufflines, and only a VERY few of the VERY lightest paper scuffs only visible under EXTREME light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ALL OF ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!! It is great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING (if not BETTER) as the visual!!!! It plays with NO pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, NO hiss and NO crackle!!!! AWESOME SOUND!!!! The single must VERY STRICTLY grade visually Very Good++++ if not better - though the playing grade is SUPERB and more like MINT (Minus)!!!! THIS RECORD HAS CRYSTAL CLEAR SOUND!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record comes in an ORIGINAL Company sleeve which is in STUNNING condition!!!! THIS SINGLE IS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND IN THIS CONDITION - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MASSIVELY RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
HAVE A LOOK AT MY PICTURES - I DO MY BEST TO SHOW THE RECORD FROM ALL ANGLES AND MAKE THE PICTURES AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE - THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE!!!! It really is a great looking record and it is truly rare to find any copies of this RARE single!!!!
