  1) THE FALL LP GROTESQUE (AFTER THE GRAMME) (Go International/Base Records Italy GI LP 18).

  2) THE FALL 12" "HIGH TENSION LINE" b/w "X-MAS WITH SIMON" & "DON'T TAKE THE PIZZA" (Cog Sinister/Fontana SIN12). UK - Released 1990.

  3) THE FALL 12" "THERE'S A GHOST IN MY HOUSE" & "SLEEP DEBT SNATCHES"b/w "MARK'LL SINK US" "HALF-FOUND BORMANN" (Beggars Banquet BEG187T) UK - Released 1987.


   One early Italian pressing & two original British pressings.

  1) The Grotesque LP was originally released on Rough Trade in 1980, with production by Mayo Thompson of The Red Krayola, plus Grant Showbiz & Geoff Travis. Engineered by John Brierley. Cut four is "C'n'C-S Mithering." Liner notes would be a gas if they weren't so true. This is the Italian pressing on Go International Records.

  2) "High Tension Line" was produced & mixed by Mark E. Smith & Grant Showbiz.  

 3) The four-cut 12" EP "There's a Ghost in My House" comes in a spellbinding gatefold cover with great live photo of The Fall inside the gatefold. Produced by Grant Cunliffe. Haunting piano on "Mark'll Sink Us." "Half-Found Bormann" refers to Martin Bormann, who had his long vacation in Argentina rudely interrupted.

    

COVERS - NEAR MINT

    Except for some tiny cat-claw punture holes on the front cover of Grotesque, the covers have no seam splits, stains, marks, cuts, tears, smudges, scuffs, abrasions, bubbles, water damage, cut-out marks, writing, price tags, tape, stickers or color fading. Free of ring wear. No speckling or rubbing. Nice slick reflective finish on covers. Deep rich color throughout covers & labels. Labels are excellent with no blemishes & sharp-cut holes. 

  DISCS - NEAR MINT

  We give great importance to grading our items accurately. Except of a faint, quarter-inch inaudible scuff on side B of Grostesque, All three discs are free of scratches, scuffs, pits, stains, warping, streaking, abrasions, or residue on the disc or dead wax. Nice reflective sheen on disc surfaces. These records have been safely stored upright in climate-controlled conditions.
