The Cover is in VERY Good+ condition there is some light ring wear and creases, also a residue mark on the front where a sticker had been. The spine is solid with clear readable text. 
The record is in EXCELLENT- condition, there are a couple of very light marks but they cannot be felt, an occasional light tick can be heard during playback. The labels are in Excellent condition.  (Please see photos) .
