This is a RARE ORIGINAL UNRELEASED US DEMO only ACETATE - US, BELWIN MILLS MUSIC - SINGLE SIDED UNRELEASED DEMO ONLY ACETATE PRESSING - NORTHERN SOUL / PSYCH SOUL, ACETATE - by THE FIVE SATINS from 1970, ORIGINAL USA UNRELEASED DEMO ONLY ACETATE PRESSING IN GREAT CONDITION !!!
WOW, this is a REAL FIND, a SINGLE SIDED 1970 USA UNRELEASED DEMO ONLY PUBLISHING ACETATE by THE FIVE SATINS !!!
From what I found this track remains UNRELEASED and UNHEARD until now and here is the information I found: By 1970 THE FIVE SATINS were Fred, Wes, Richie, Jimmy Curtis of the Chestnuts (Elgin), and Corky Rogers of the Revalons (Pet). They recorded “Summer in New York” for RCA, and by 1970 were label shopping with two other sides, “Fate Has a Brother” and “He Ain’t Heavy He’s My Brother” (Hollies), produced by Five Satins fan Jay Warner.
As you can see from the ORIGINAL SHEET MUSIC the track was written by JAY WARNER in 1970 !!!
This was a PUBLISHING DEMO ONLY ACETATE and came from the BELWIN MILLS MUSIC PUBLISHING library which I bought !!!

The condition of the ACETATE is in EX+ / EX++ condition (PROBABLY UNPLAYED UNTIL NOW !!! GREAT CONDITION for this age acetate, light scuffs and marks only, plays great with only mild crackle as ACETATES tend to have) !!!
