Description
Very rare 1953 Flamingos doo wop 45 on Chance CH 1140 red wax.I played both sides several times,no skips. There's some surface noise but music and voice sounds great .Vinyl has light scr/scu but none that i can feel. The vinyl when laying on a flat surface is not completely flat, there's a slight part that sits off the flat surface a bit.Very slight warp causes this as far as i can see it dnap. The b side has less surface noise then a side.I would visually grade this 45 vg .Play grade to me is svg.Although this is red wax copy it looks more maroon then red to me,since i never had another red wax version in my hands to compare i'm assuming the color is like this on other ones.
As you know this is a very rare 45 that doesn't come up for auction too often,so don't let it get away.Dead wax is 45-2343 87 and 45-2344 87.Labels show a couple hairline scratches.
I'll answer any questions you have as best as i can.
Good luck
