For sale here is a VERY rare LP. (especially in this condition) by THE FOOL called " THE FOOL " and is an ORIGINAL 1969 UK STEREO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press MERCURY label. THIS LP IS MEGA RARE AND VERY DIFFICULT TO LOCATE. THIS IS WITHOUT DOUBT THE FOOL's RAREST LP EVER, AND HARDLY EVER TURNS UP FOR SALE... TRY AND GET HOLD OF ANOTHER ONE!..NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN STUNNING!! CONDITION...(have a look at my photo's) THIS IS THE ORIGINAL UK 1969 STEREO FIRST PRESSING ON THE 1st PRESS MERCURY LABEL. 1st PRESS 1Y / 2Y MATRIXES, AND FIRST PRESS FULLY LAMINATED GATEFOLD SLEEVE ...THIS LP IS MEGA RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS ULTRA RARE RECORD...this is the ORIGINAL MERCURY UK 1st pressing from 1969 and is in STUNNING!! condition!..The record is pressed on a slab of THICK black quality vinyl. The Cat no. is 20138 SMCL on the 1st press MERCURY label...(have a look at my photo's) and is a UK STEREO 1st Pressing..
Labels are the sensational black / silver coloured MERCURY format in superb condition!!.With the MERCURY logo above the central hole on both labels to confirm that this is the very first issue of this magnificent rarity.Has a few very minor spindle lines, to indicate that the record has possibly only been played a handful of times!! With NO damage of any kind. NO graffiti , NO rips NO tears, and NO sticker marks and would therefore grade as excellent++!!

Thickly pressed heavy weight vinyl pressing with jet black mirrior like surfaces That have that just pressed look!!. A magnificent vintage classic. Against a strong halogen light and angled at 45 degrees,There are NO surface marks,NO scratches or blemishes at whatsoever!! NO tiny faint wispy lines are visible whatsoever!!.An excellent visual and impossible to locate in this condition!!!.Would therefore easily grade as near as mint condition!!
Sleeve
First press fully laminated gatefold sleeve is Showing only a miniscule amount of storage wear at the corners and edges, with NO laminate creases or ring wear whatsoever!!! The sleeve has NO rips, NO tears, NO graffitti and NO stickers whatsoever!! and is a pleasure to view.The sleeve is in excellent++ condition!!! and a Fantastic collectors item. The Spine is perfectly straight and clearly legible with a miniscule amount of laminate lift. This is a super example of this sensational MERCURY classic .

This LP was produced by Graham Nash (Crosby, Stills & Nash, also ex Hollies) and would appeal to fans of The INCREDIBLE STRING BAND, FIT & LIMO, PENTANGLE etc. The Fool were a group of Dutch artists / designers that painted the APPLE BOUTIQUE building(The Beatles headquarters) and also were involved in designing various LP sleeves.
