Though I am situated in Turkey, if you're one of my followers, you will know that for many years I have rarely offered Turkish rarities and concentrated on the East of the world and a bit in Africa. Well, for a change, I came across with a nice pile over here lately and picked the best of the bunch. Enjoy!
Well, here's an interesting one! You think you've seen everything but there comes a time that something new still pops up! The disc's content is not a new discovery but the disc itself is! This is a Pakistani band from late 60s and it's a damn good crossover psychedelic EP but in my many years of dealing I have only seen and offered original Pakistani copies until now; very interestingly it seems that the Iranian record company of 60s and 70s, Royal, somehow decided to release that EP in Iran. Very strange really because usually Pakistani music had/has no market in Iran. The only market any Indian music had in Iran was the Bollywood, Indian film music industry... somehow this non-film EP found its way to Iran as it seems. Also surprising is that I found this in a very unlikely bunch of discs in Turkey. Anyway, I must say the Royal label did a pretty good job transferring as it sounds strong and this copy is quite clean, at a nice VG++, playing strong and clean. Hear below! Just impossibly rare! Song names will be given to the winner. Comes with a generic cover.
