1970 VIKING LPS-105 12" 33rpm LP
Cover has light wear and light creasing, faded printing and a small stain(bottom left corner) - see scan - and split seams(top and bottom); disc has some light marks and plays with a few light clicks.
Red D.J. stamp on back cover.
Includes one early track "FROM DENVER TO L.A." by ELTON JOHN credited to "ELTON JOHNS" (I don't believe this track is available elsewhere.)

Regarding the single (which briefly surfaced in July 1970) Elton John said:
"Actually From Denver To LA was withdrawn, so if you've got a copy it's worth a small fortune. It was a 25 quid session I did at Olympic Studios and I just sang the song, and it was for the Michael Winner movie The Games. and that's it."
"When the film was released Elton John had just become successful in the States and so they thought "Ahh ha!" and rushed it out, but we quickly put an injunction on it and stopped it."
I played the record again and I didn't actually hear any clicks this time... might have been something on it before. I would grade it VG+ visually and aurally. It has some light marks, scuffs and it sounds quite decent with some background noise. It is a cheap pressing and that would probably account for the noise. That said, it sounds pretty good. Side 1(mostly the opening track) is noisier than side 2, but it is still background noise.
