Description
78 RPM Record - The Georgettes - Oh Tonight/Love Like A Fool (Apex 76224) Canadian Pressing EX (very nice record)
Here's a general grading guide we use for 78 RPM Records. We use this, along with large images and audio/video clips of the actual records to provide the most honest and accurate information about the records we have listed. Please check out all of the photos and audio/video clips before bidding.
NM.....Like new, possibly never played (rarely see 78s in this condition) EX+....Beautiful record with very few signs of wear. Clean, shiny and looks almost new. EX.....Nice, clean record, with minimal signs of wear. Possibly some light scuffs/marks. A well looked after record...bright, shiny and clean EX-....Nice looking above average record, but with more noticeable light scuffs/scratches. VG+....An average used record, with signs of wear/handling that are becoming more evident. Scuffs and light scratches are more obvious, but nothing heavy or distracting. Still a very decent record. VG.....Wear, scuffing and scratches are quite noticeable. This record has been well used, but still plays well and sounds decent. VG-....Considerable wear. Still a decent player, but has a fair amount of wear and surface noise. G/G+...Anything in this grade will have a LOT of surface wear. Still plays okay, but not a nice looking (or sounding) record. Fair....Very rough...MAY play without skips, but will likely have an uncomfortable amount of noise. Poor....Basically a wall hanger.
Our audio clips are recorded using just an average 3 mil needle and a decent/basic record player (nothing fancy) These are raw (straight from the record) recordings with no added EQ, filters or any other type of enhancements.
All 78s are packaged securely, sandwiched and placed in a large box with extra padding on top and bottom.
