The HERD beginnings were modest and inauspicious, until they found a mass appeal in Teen Beat magazines and the pop charts. The momentum increased when young Peter Frampton stepped up to the lights as 'The Face' for adoring girls. His talent was still musical though, thankfully! At their inception The Herd presented classic mod fare, rather than pop psychedelia - and this adaptation of a Northern Soul hit is right in that groove!   This sold few copies, and is hard to find nowadays.   A Demo copy here that's been stored well - not Mint but not too far short.
A cool Mod record.
