Description
Arguably one of the very hardest to find numbers in the "700" series and seldom seen for sale, here's a very nice original 1969 first issue copy of this unusual "pop" influenced offering from THE HONEST MEN with "CHERIE" on the UK Tamla Motown imprint # TMG 706 and backed with "BABY".
This disc plays superbly with great audible quality and is best described as a very strong excellent plus verging more towards mint minus with the lightest of sleeve rubs and just the barest minimum of crackle on the lead in and run out groove. It has the 4-prong centre intact and the labels are spotlessly clean on both sides with just light centre spindle rubs (see picture scans). A very nice copy of this rare and hard to find disc to grace any collection and paired with a new replica company sleeve.
