Description

Original 1968 first pressing VINYL of the first album by the Los Angeles California hard guitar garage psych trio, THE HOOK!  If you dig the sounds of CREAM meets the JIMI HENDRIX EXPERIENCE, check into "Will Grab You" as these cats turn on the power fuzz guitar into cool psych viness...overloaded with Eric Clapton & Jimi styles, sometimes even directly "borrowed" solos built into their own works -- whatever, sounds great... this is Bobby Arlin, the ex-LEAVES guitarist, really cutting loooose! This sounds along the lines of  "Are You Experienced?" meets "Disraeli Gears"... THE HOOK "Will Grab You" is consistently heavy, in a very consistently early Hendrix kind of way. Nice. The fuzz sounds a lot cleaner than Blue Cheer's debut. 

Cover  is M- still in the shrink!  The disc is EX+ and plays brilliantly!

This is a very under-rated album, although collectors have caught on...
