In very good condition. Hardly used at all. Dustcover has some wear and tear and fading at spine with slight indentations and some creasing Also has two 2cm tears - one at bottom left hand corner, one on rear flap.  Record NEVER PLAYED AND SLEEVE NEVER REMOVED FROM PLASTIC COVER.
