On offer here is a VERY rare single (especially in this condition!!!!) called "Maybe Tommorrow" by The Iveys (Badfinger) and is an ORIGINAL UK 1968 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Dark Apple label!!!! The B side is called 'And Her Daddys A Millionaire'. THIS SINGLE IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!! THIS SINGLE ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS AND IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE!!!! IT IS ALSO THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE AND IS IN AWESOME CONDITION!!!! THIS 45 (ALONG WITH MANY OTHERS ONLINE AT THE MOMENT) CAME FROM AN EX EMI EMPLOYEE FROM THE 1960S & EARLY 1970s. ALL THE RECORDS IN HIS COLLECTION WERE OBTAINED WELL BEFORE THE RELEASE DATE - AND AS A RESULT THIS 45 IS QUITE LITERALLY THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE!!!! AND AS YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM ONE OF THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS EVER - THIS SINGLE HAS THE 'EARLIEST POSSIBLE' 1ST PRESS MATRIXES (1/2), AND THE 'EARLIEST' SET OF MOTHER & STAMPER CODES POSSIBLE FOR THIS SINGLE (1/G 1/G)!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS 45 IS IN ABSOLUTELY AWESOME CONDITION - AND HASNT BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!! IT ALSO HAS THE RAREST POSSIBLE & 'EARLIEST' LABEL TYPEFACE AND THE FAR MORE SOUGHT AFTER 'PUSH OUT' CENTRE (MOST WERE 'SOLID' CENTRED)!!!! THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1968 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS DARK APPLE LABELS, 1ST PRESS 'SOLD IN THE UK' TEXT, AND PLAIN BLACK 'DIE-CUT' SLEEVE (THAT COULD WELL BE ORIGINAL)!!!! THIS SINGLE IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!! The matrix numbers are APPLE 5 A-1 & APPLE 5 B-2. This is the ORIGINAL UK 1968 Apple UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press DARK Apple label and the Cat No is APPLE 5.
The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and NO spindle marks!!!! EVEN UNDER STRONG LIGHT - I CANNOT SEE ANY EVIDENCE THAT THIS SINGLE HAS EVER BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!! The record is in AWESOME condition and plays SUPERBLY!!!! Most of these 60s singles had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This record is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the VERY lightest paper scuffs only visible under EXTREME light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is GREAT to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!! The sound quality is simply AWESOME with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!! This single must grade MINT(Minus)!!!! AWESOME RECORD!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! This record also comes in a Plain Black 'Die-Cut' Sleeve (which could well be original)!!!! THIS SINGLE IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!
