Description
First record I ever owned was "China Tea" by the immortal Russ Conway BUT THE FIRST DISC I EVER BOUGHT was TELSTAR. Produced by..........
"THE JOE MEEK STORY" - ANTHOLOGY OF TRACKS FROM THE LEGENDARY PRODUCER. RELEASED ON VINYL IN 1977 ON DECCA DPA 3035/6. I have played this and have no hesitation in posting it as in EXCELLENT CONDITION (Record Collector grades). I don't like to over-promise but the discs play AS NEW.
THE DISC. Apart from the fact that SIDE THREE has a surface mark on Track 3 ("Angel of Love" by Don Charles), a mark that makes no sound, ALL FOUR SIDES play PERFECTLY. I've nothing else to report.
THE COVER. Is in EXCELLENT OR BETTER CONDITION. Edges and spine excellent, inside of gate-fold pristine, little ring-wear. There are one or two small sticky marks that should clean up nicely. The package is not much different from when it was in the record shop!
If anyone would like further information or photographs, just let me know!
