All items are packed and dispatched in heavy duty LP mailers with cardboard reinforcements. I use heavy duty packaging tape. I always separate the LP from the sleeve and any inner sleeves that are part of the LP. This stops any damage to the item while in transit.THE KINKS: Misfits Scarce and becoming increasingly harder to find genuine Original 1981 US Limited Edition Mobile Fidelity half-speed audiophile LP album, housed in a picture sleeve with 'Original Master Recording' border across the top on the front along with fold-out lyric insert and Mobile Fidelity insert. The sleeve shows some signs of age with minor storage marks but the vinyl is superb MFSL1-070
NOT PLAY GRADED: VISUAL GRADING ONLY
Please note that this is a used item and there is always isolated static, ticks, light pops that maybe or can be heard, even in the quieter places during the play of any vinyl. There will be elements of surface noise. Please remember that this is an Original 43 year old LP.
I cannot guarantee exactly how this LP will sound on your turntable/system - Cartridge and stylus profile, tracking weight, Arm VTA, arm type all go to make a difference to the sound and performance of any LP/single being played.
THE COVER: The matt gatefold cover shows very light minimal wear to the top and bottom edges plus spine. The spine has very light minimal creasing with the spine text clearly visible and readable. There are no signs of any other forms of damage. All corners have just very light minimal wear with light age related rounding and creasing. The covers surface has only the lightest of surface storage scuffing and so I have graded the cover in EXCELLENT++ condition. I have kept this LP in a polythene sleeve since the day of purchase and is in Archive no upgraded needed condition.
THE BACK COVER: The back cover reflects the front and reveals no damage at all. I have graded the back cover again in EXCELLENT++ condition.
THE INNER SLEEVE: The illustrated inner has all sides intact there is no other visible damage and has been graded in EXCELLENT++ condition.
THE VINYL: Both sides of this vinyl LP still retain all of there original lustre and sheen with no dulling and in daylight look awesome. Placed under a 100w bulb there are no deep scratches to any side of this LP. There are NO marks on any of the surfaces. I have graded this LP in MINT condition. Like the cover this LP has been stored in the original poly inner since the day of purchase. Awesome condition archive no upgrade necessary.
Side 1 in MINT condition. Side 2 in MINT condition.
THE LABELS: The labels are in MINT condition and showing no spindle marks around the central spindle hole.
