Welcome to Heart of Wax - Vinyl online record shop. I shall endeavour to post up as many exciting records up here that I find. Usually all from private collections which I've sourced. THE KINKS - PERCY
UK press from 1971.
This record was never released in the US and thus the most commonly imported of the Kinks 'Pye' LPs. It features 'Willesden Green' the only song that was sung by bassist John Dalton and neither of the two Davies brothers.
It's the soundtrack to a film about the world's first penis transplant.

Solid blues, beautiful ballads and gentle rolling country. Gives you a greater indication at just how exciting The Kinks musical prowess was.
Only rare in the fact that it's very hard to find ANY Kinks LPs let alone soundtracks in such good condition like this. Prepare for this to be snapped up.
